How Counselling can help you.

Counselling services at Chichester Counselling Services, West Sussex, United Kingdom - a registered charity. Counselling for Chichester, Portsmouth, Hampshire, West Sussex, Bognor, Brighton, Hove, Petersfield, Havant, Waterlooville, Emsworth, Littlehampton and surrounding areas. Thinking about counselling - we can help you.

Chichester Counselling Services can help people from all walks of life and all ages over 18.

There are times when most people experience difficulties which may be eased by talking to someone who is independent, yet has the personal capacity, skills and experience to understand and listen.

A very wide range of experience can be brought to counselling. Just sharing feelings and thoughts about fears, frustrations and helplessness can help people to gain fresh insight into themselves. Memories of the past, painful experiences in the present or the search for a more meaningful personal life can be explored in a way which friends or other agencies may not be able to assist.

How Chichester Counselling Services can help you :

Counselling is an effective way of helping people in a safe confidential manner. People seeking help can examine their deeper feelings and discover for themselves new outlooks on life, and be assisted to make difficult choices for themselves. It can also result in discovery of new and different ways of responding to the pressures of day to day living and the manner in which personal relationships work.

Our service offers :

How to obtain help.

As a first step, make an appointment and come along and meet someone who has experience and who can explain about the resources that CCS can offer. Regular sessions can be agreed with a selected counsellor. These are arranged on a mutually convenient weekly basis and may be held during the day, or the evening.

You can telephone our office on 01243 789200 or contact us via email.

You can be assured that any contact is completely confidential between the enquirer and CCS.

Please note that appointments for counselling can only be made by the client themselves, and not a relative or associate of the client.
